KPSS Macerasi Privacy Policy

This policy applies to KPSS Macerasi, also listed as KPSS Soru Deneme 2026 or KPSS Macerasi: Sorular Deneme, a Ronaillabs education app for KPSS preparation.

KPSS Macerasi is an independent education app. It is not developed, supported, authorized, or approved by OSYM, the Ministry of National Education, or any public institution.

1. Summary

The app is designed for practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, study games, goals, levels, and local learning progress. Some data remains on the user's device. Some data may be processed by third-party services for advertising, diagnostics, app distribution, and compliance.

2. Data we handle

2.1 Study and app data stored on the device

  • Completed questions, selected answers, score history, blank questions, topic progress, and mock exam state.
  • Daily goals, level, experience points, career-map progress, hint usage, and learning statistics.
  • Smart dictionary, flashcard, word-hunt, sound, language, and interface preferences.
  • Optional profile choices such as avatar or display name, if provided in the app.

This data is used to keep the study experience continuous. It is primarily stored locally and may be deleted if the app is uninstalled or app data is cleared, subject to device backup behavior.

2.2 Advertising, diagnostics, and technical data

  • Advertising identifier or similar identifiers where allowed by the platform and user consent/settings.
  • Approximate location, device model, operating system, app version, language, region, and network state.
  • Ad impressions, rewarded ad events, clicks, frequency capping data, and anti-fraud signals.
  • Crash reports, performance logs, install/update metadata, and diagnostics.

2.3 Support request data

If users contact Ronaillabs, we may process the email address, app name, device details, screenshots, and message content needed to answer the request.

3. Why we use this data

  • Study functionality: save progress, score exams, restore unanswered questions, display goals, and personalize study flow.
  • App quality: detect crashes, debug errors, measure performance, and improve content flow.
  • Advertising: show ads, provide rewarded ad features, limit repeated ads, prevent ad fraud, and measure ad performance.
  • Compliance: maintain Google Play and App Store privacy disclosures, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

4. Ads and Google AdMob

KPSS Macerasi may show ads through Google AdMob or related Google advertising services. These services may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics, and device information according to user settings, consent choices, and Google's policies.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers that support ads, analytics, crash diagnostics, app distribution, cloud tools, and support operations. These providers process data under their own policies and contractual terms.

7. Retention

Local study data remains on the device until the user clears it, deletes the app, or the operating system removes it. Advertising, diagnostics, and platform data are retained according to the relevant third-party provider policies. Support messages may be retained as needed to resolve the request and keep compliance records.

8. User choices and deletion

  • Clear local progress through app controls if available, device storage settings, or uninstalling the app.
  • Control ad personalization and tracking permissions through device and platform settings.
  • Contact Ronaillabs to request deletion of support communications or other data associated with a privacy request.

9. Children and age suitability

The app is intended for KPSS candidates and general education use. It is not directed to young children. Users should follow the age rating and parental guidance shown in the relevant app store.
