Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of accounts and associated app data for Ronaillabs mobile applications, including AI companion, education, and quiz apps.

If an app offers in-app account deletion, that is usually the fastest route. This public web page is available for users who cannot access the app or need a manual deletion request.

1. Overview

Deletion options depend on the app. Some apps store progress only on the device and may not require an account. Other apps may use sign-in, subscriptions, leaderboards, AI chat history, or cloud sync. When we can identify the account or data, we delete or anonymize eligible data subject to limited retention described below.

2. Delete inside the app

  1. Open the Ronaillabs app.
  2. Go to Settings, Account, Profile, or Privacy controls.
  3. Select Delete Account, Delete Data, Reset Progress, or a similar option if available.
  4. Read the confirmation message carefully.
  5. Confirm deletion. This action may be permanent and cannot always be undone.

3. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, submit a request using the form below. It opens your email client with a pre-filled request.

Send the request from the same email used in the app when possible. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deletion.

4. Data we delete or anonymize

  • Account profile data associated with the verified account.
  • App preferences, cloud-synced progress, leaderboard identity, or personalization data where applicable.
  • AI chat history and related personalization data where the app stores it and deletion is technically available.
  • Support records connected to the request, unless retention is needed for legal or security reasons.

5. Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required or permitted, including billing records, fraud prevention logs, tax/accounting records, legal records, security logs, abuse-prevention evidence, app-store transaction records, and backup copies until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle.

6. Processing timeline

In-app deletion may be processed immediately or shortly after confirmation. Email-based requests are processed after account verification and normally within a reasonable period required by applicable law and platform rules.
